Year 4 Príncipe Felipe Museum ‘Tasty Molecules’

Our Year 4 students participated in the ‘Tasty Molecules’ workshop where they learnt to apply the scientific method in order to understand the different reactions that occur when food is being processed. They carried out several experiments to make their own edible spheres known as spherifications, trompe l’œil spaghetti and yogurt popcorn using liquid nitrogen.
